Blur Projection Buckle
A large buckle, complete with attachment hardware for a leather belt,
made to be worn about the waist. The buckle contains a miniature holographic
emitter which has been enchanted to cast a Blur spell when activated.
The Blur adds +10 to the DB of its wearer. The buckle contains a
small power cell which must be recharged after each usage.
